The bi-pod version of the hugely popular original gives you more control and stability with side to side movements while in sitting, kneeling, or standing positions.

The sticks seemed like a great idea, I have been using another brand for years and the idea of just pulling the trigger and deploying the bipod seemed great.
The problem is that one of the legs was separated from the mount upon arrival to my home. I could see where the plastic had snapped off and the leg fell to the floor. In the box provided by
Bass Pro Shop, there was no way that a well built product could be broken this way. You would have to grab the handle and then the leg and bend it sideways to create this type of break.
Anyway unfortunately this item did not strike me as robust and I have sent it back.
Just in case someone wants to try this item I got the tall sticks which would be to tall for someone in a stand or sitting in a blind.

The V rest swivels 360 degrees.Top 25 Contributor

The top (yoke) will swivel if you loosen it. It allows for the top to be tightened up for no movement - or - loosened for movement. I have always kept mine tight since the yoke is wide enough to allow movement of my rifle.1 of 1
