Primos® Tightwad Choke Tube
Want to bring down 'ol Tom from a distance? No problem. Machined with extra-full choke constriction to drop 'em in their tracks even at extended ranges. Tightwad choke tubes offer knurled ends for easy installation or removal (although a final tightening with a choke tube wrench is recommended to prevent the choke tube from loosening while shooting) and extra-full constriction for maximum pattern density. Ported to reduce recoil.

Bass Pro has always been reliable in their shipping and this product was no different. The choke tube arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered.
Regarding the product quality. I installed the tube on a Youth Rem. 1100 LT with no problems. While practicing, we were shooting 2 3/4 in. Federal Heavy Shot #5's and recorded an effective kill range of approximately 30 yards, with 35 yards a being little sparse. Shooting the same load in the field, we didn't need that range as my son successfully harvested his first gobbler this April at 8 yards.

I shoot a tightwad in my 835 and my nine year old son shoots one in his mossburg 505 20 Ga. i have killed bird out to 67 yrds with mine and just got the one for my sons gun and with a 20 inch barrel in 20ga with kent 3" #5s i would say he is good well over 35yrds. That being said we still try to get them close and only shoot that far as a last option.

Bought this choke for my sons Remington model 870 youth .20 gauge. We shot 2 3/4" game loads and they patterned with 16 pellets in the kill zone at 30 yards. Unreal. We will use 3" for the real turkeys. Great Choke!! I may get one for my Extrema if they are available.

If u shoot steel or to large of shot through a choke that is to tight(ie turkey choke) it will swell it to where it will be impossible to remove or you will damage choke or barrel removing it.Q:Â

Yes it will fit, this is a great choke for the $$ I would say that it may be a bit tight for anything other than Turkey, I have one in my daughters Moss 20ga youth and it shoots a 20" pattern @ 35yds with Federal Heavyweight 7s.Top 100 Contributor

I bought a 500 and it came with a full choke and at 40 yds. it puts over 40 pellets in the head and neck area of a turkey. I know mossberg has the factory full choke, check there web site. Good luck!Answers
