Great infrared camera, has time lapse and still shot with video options. Deer see the LEDs and walk right up and nose the camera for some really close shots being curious. Hang it deer eye level not too high for close ups. This camera worked out better the only prob is no setup laser.

Perhaps I got a bad Primos Truth Cam 35 Ultra but I am not satisfied with the camera or Primos. When I unpacked the camera it had a plastic peel off sticker (drawing of two red eyes) over the sensor LED's that was very hard to pull off. The sticker left a thick gummy substance over the sensor and I knew the camera would never work that way. Primos Support told me to use hot water or alcohol, neither of which would touch the glue. After much suffering to get the lense spotless, I set it up 50 feet from the front of my shop and pointed at my shop. I walked down the gravel road to my shop which was less than 10 feet from and parallel to the camera's aim. After walking across the camera's field of view several times at 50 feet and along the road several times I decided to check my pictures so I would know the camera's field of view. I had zero pictures recorded. This means for the camera to take a picture you must be directly in front and less than 40 feet from the camera. My Primos Truth Cam 60 will take a picture at 300 feet when set to high sensitivity. The picture quality of a moving subject is poor and should be better with a 4 MP camera. I think the old Primos Truth Cam 35 (not ultra) would be a better choice than this camera, but I am going to try another brand myself after returning this camera. Primos Support had a 20 minute on hold wait before I talked to someone and I did not have respect for the support persons attitude or knowledge. Camera would probably work okay in a small confined area.

I have several trail cams on most all of them I get pictures of deer looking at the camera. On this camera I didn't get any of the deer looking. This camera is so quiet that the deer don't look up when it takes a picture. I highly redommend this camera. I bought it during the fall hunting classic. I should have bought two.
