All you have to do is trim it to fit comfortably in your mouth, read the instructions, and practice a little bit. I have had numerous turkeys come in very close using this call.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by AdamA Best diaphram call I've ever put in my mouth
This Primos Sonic Dome Double is the very best diaphram call I've ever used. It produces the sweetest yelps, purrs, and kee-kee's and it is extremely easy to use. I own 5 of these Primos Sonic dome diaphram calls and wouldn't step foot in the Turkey woods without one. The double is the easiest one for me to use and is my favorite. These calls will not let you down and leave you hands free to work those birds into gun range. This is a MUST HAVE for any turkey hunter. The sonic dome series positions the call just right in your mouth and I find it is MUCH EASIER to use than a traditional diaphram call.... I know 4 boss gobblers over the past 3 years who would ask you not to buy this call. Happy hunting & God bless :-)

I am new to hunting and especially new to turkey hunting and I happened to pick this call up out of curiosity and within a couple of hours I was rocking this thing with out even knowing what the heck I was doing. I picked up a couple more mouth calls and an instructional cd as well and man this call is my favorite it is very easy to use once you know what your doing and in my case when you don't know what your doing. Can't wait to use it in the woods!
