Poor Quality/Customer Service I recently purchased the Primos Neoprene Bow Sling for my Matthews Z7 for the up coming hunting season. Before I had a chance to use it outside, the sling broke which ultimately damaged my cam. I contacted the Primos customer service representative hoping they would replace the sling. It took 3 days for a representative to reply to my email. When they did they asked for pictures of the damage to bow, sling and proof of purchase. I gladly emailed requested pictures and have yet to hear back. Overall, I am very disappointed in the Primos product quality and customer service. I would not recommend this product to a friend. need a rubber shoulder strap It would be a killer with a rubber shoulder strap. I have improve it with rubber strap to avoid slipping from shoulder. Old and new model tend to slip in some circumstances. Also, with new configuration w double sling strap you can use it at your back for long walk with no action. besides that, it works excellent with my DNA. May 19, 2014
Bow "Un" Sling This is a great product for someone who does some hiking with your bow. Keeps the cams and string out of the thick as you head to your super secret spot no one else will hike to. With that being said I was very disappointed with the quality. Literally, no exaggerating, about 100 yards into its first trip through open field the seam came apart that hold the strap on. Upon inspection the other seam was about to separate also. Fortunately I had some carabiners. Attached those and limped it home. I did not return it because I am a man that knows how to sew. Threw some bar tacks on her and now she's better than new. 3 star craftsmanship at best. November 25, 2013
Poor quality bow sling Bought last week, and decided to get things ready for hunting this season, so I finally opened it up. One of the snap buttons fell off when I opened them to try it on my bow. Took it back for an exchange. Figured it was just a one off thing. Nope. The store let me open the two remaining ones they had on the shelf. One was fine, but the other one had its button pop off as well. Can't trust it to be made well if 2 out of 3 pieces show defects. September 27, 2014
