Primos® G2 Trigger Stick Mono Pods
Not tough enough
The stick broke on its first trip to the field, on a pretty light angled hit to the ground. The threads broke off where it joins the handle. Primos and Bushnell have not stood up for their product either. Given the flimsy design I doubt I would trust one in the future.

Save your money
I purchased this item for a recent hunt in Kentucky. The trigger stick action is nice for quick height adjustment. That said, the thin aluminum connection to the handle sheared off when I dropped the stick. Brand new out of the box and useless in the middle of a stalk. Might as we'll take $70 and throw it on the ground. I highly recommend a standard adjustable bipod design without the expensive trigger. This is a better design with fewer parts to break. The bipod offers a much better shot by steadying the side to side movement of a monopod. I purchased the less expensive bipod and took a very nice buck with my 257 Wetherby as a result.

199 yards dead on
Great product. Excellent for kneeling, sitting, or standing shooting positions. Very quiet operation and quick shooting height adjustments for a perfect and comfortable steady aim. Took a 150 lb. doe this season, (2013), at 199 yards using my Trigger Stick Mono Pod from a ground blind. One shot, quick ethical kill. That is the perfect scenario.
