Ive had these horns for a few years now, never really been to much of a rattling person. I live in Alabama, and hunt an area that doesnt have a great buck to doe ratio... i like the sound of them. close to the real thing. but if you hold them them to loosely you can hear the plastic... just got permission to hunt the adjoining property to mine (swamp bucks), and was told by the owner to try rattling at the end of december, beginng of january. he also said to just ticke the horns not bang them together (like ive done in the past). about 0945 dec 22, raining, windy, and temp was 55 degrees. hadnt seen a deer. figured id give it a shot, tickled the horns for no more than 30 seconds, grunted a few times with my flextone(best sounding grunt call in my opinion) and it wasnt a minute later a huge 145 class eight point comes walking stiff legged with ears back down the ridge. dropped him in his tracks. will definatly use these again! but unless im in texas i dont think i will be banging them like i use too... the horns are also really tough. been ran over with four wheeler couple times, and been left on top of toolbox fell on the road goin 50.

They look pretty good and feel nice to the touch, but in the woods, they sound fake. Recommend getting a flextone or primos rattle bag. those are better.

These are great. They obviously can't compare to the real thing. But, they are very close to it. They have that great, deep natural sound to them. I can't wait till tomorrow.

They don't look realistic at all. They look plastic.A:Â
They look somewhat realistic but that doesn't matter. All that matters is if they sound real.1 of 1
