I was excited about purchasing hunting clothing made specifically for women. The construction was great, however, the size was at least 1 size smaller than it suggests. I wear an 18/20 (XL) in everything I have, but this shirt is not true to size...unless you are flat chested. Material quality is excellent and felt great. I recommend large busted women to order a size higher than they typically wear...which in my case means I have to order something else.
