Power Bubbles Aerator 4.7 5 19 19
Good Product Good Product, Somewhat cumbersome to use. Clip is quite flemsy and needs longer wires, simple fixes though. Has EXCELLENT aeration output kept 1 1/2 lbs of crappie minnows alive on 90+ degree day for many hours. August 7, 2012
Keep alive Recommend you get a delay switch vs running this thing constantly. If you run it constantly, after 8 or so hours it will probably drain a group 34 120RC battery enough that you can't start your motor with it. BUT... Using this your fish will come out of the livewell much livelier than when they go in. They are crazy when you pull them out after running this bubbler! So, if you wanta keep your fish from dyeing, this will do it for sure. Run it with a livewell timer and it's all good! May 17, 2012
awesome i need this to areate my baitwells so this was my solutuion works great i would only recremend them to waterproof it and add a timer to it October 21, 2011
Quality product Easy to install and works great for the money. Just had a tourney this weekend and had over 19 lbs of smallmouth in the livewell for 7 hours. When it came time for the weigh in they were very lively and hard to get out. Very low battery drain also. September 19, 2011

Just a guess but I'd say it depends how often you run it. My experience I'd bet it would do 50 gallons easy with only one of the bubble stones if you were running it continuously. 20gal on one of of those 30sec/5min livewell timers should be more than fine. It works great.

Lake water is fine. If your water is in the 90's, it wouldn't hurt to put ice in to slow their metabolism. Just watch out for ice with chlorine in it!

There may be two theories to this. Lake water will work fine with this areator. This is really meant to be used with a bait tank (a lot of individuals will use them in conjunction with a 5 gallon bucket for minnows or crawfish). If you are using this to create a large livewell for your catch, you may want to look at larger air sources. Also, colder wtaer does tend to carry more dissolved oxygen than warmer water, so the use of ice in conjuction should help in improving oxygen levels. Just be sure not to use so much that you stun your bait or catch.
