You don't expect much when it comes to portable pet bottles. This one still manages to disappoint. The soft plastic piece that forms the bowl has to be turned inside out to form the bowl. It then turns inside out to fit around the bottle. It does not form a good shaped bowl and is an awkward process to go through each time your pet needs a drink. The drinking area is small and a dog with a large nose will have a difficult time using this product. 20 oz is very small; that is less than most portable pet bottles. It will only work for small breeds on short trips.
There are much better alternatives when choosing portable pet bottles. This one comes in far below all the others in every area.
