Plano's Extra Deep Liqua-bait Locker Tackle System is the solution for anglers who love to use scented and liquid soaked soft plastics, but hate the mess these baits can create. The Liqua-Bait Locker System was developed to contain the liquids and odors associated with soft plastic baits as well as to ensure freshness for continued use. Constructed from Duraview™ for durability, the Extra Deep Liqua-bait Locker Tackle System's Dri-Loc O-ring seal makes this tackle system leak-proof and airtight so baits are fresh and tackle boxes and boats are odor free. Designed with enough storage space to fit up to 4 bottles or wallets (or 2 of each) with extra space for additional soft plastics, the 4642 Extra Deep Liqua-bait Locker Tackle System includes one bottle, one bait grabber and one wallet. Dimensions: 14'' L x 9.13'' W x 4.75'' H.

Great for organizing gravy soaked and other plastics. Seal has so far truly been air tight which is nice when it is in the house as well as out on the water.

I thought finally someone came up with a solution for the bait containers leaking, NOT! I waited for more than a month because it was backordered and when I got it I liked it. Then after about 6 weeks I found liquid inside all over the container. All bottles were sealed but something was leaking. Don't have to tell you what a mess it was.

This bait locker provides a good watertite and airtite storage box for all your plastic baits both those with and without liquid fish attractant. Being clear plastic makes it easier to see what's stored inside. Try one you will like it.

I fish from a kayak and love the waterproof idea. The kayak may tip over at some point and I need to be able to secure the box to the boat....Answers

There are 2 thin strips of plastic that seem only to have a structural function. You would have to drill a hole though, no place for this comes "pre-fab"A:Â
Drill 2 small holes through the side of one end. Knot a loop of braid rhrough the holed, knot inside. Seal the holes with lure cement or silicone. TEST empty closed box under water to see if bubbles show.Top 25 Contributor
