I've had one of these for about 4 years and it's a good tackle box. It has plenty of compartments for organization, as well as plenty of room. This being said, it's not as durable as the soft packs. I've cracked the plastic during a rough boat ride. I'd probably buy another one though.

I have several boxes and this is one of my favorites that allows me to keep everything organized. The only down side is once in awhile the front cover will pull out of the bottom hinges. They do pop right back in. If it wasn't for that I would give it 5 stars.

I used this for my main box until I got my first soft box. This box is made very strong and is pretty easy to get to your lure boxes, I just thought it was a bit bulky when I had it on the boat. You can put a 5th plano box under the lid to give yourself more storage but you can't put anything else in there if you do. The upper storage is nice for hooks and sinkers. Plano always makes good stuff and this box is no exception.

The Plano® 7771 at this time has a 4.8 out of 5, which is a little better rating. However, they both are great tackle boxes. If you are near one of the Retail Stores you might personal go look at each product. If you have them in your hand it might help you choice the right tackle box.1 of 1
