A: 
You put the lead off the bait in the bottom notch and the blade arm in the top notch. You have to pinch them together to snap them in place.

Insert the spinnerbait head in the slot and take the arm with the blades and latch them under hook area, which is above the slotted area. I have it and it's fantastice

Spinnerbaits fit in slots . The spinnerbait arm is locked into plastic hook,with two holes, just above slot. You need to bend down on arm so that it locks in slot. The arm is flexible and will spring back up when you use lure .
