Of the dozen boxes I have, this is my favorite because it can accommodate all of my terminal tackle in a single, convenient box.

This is one of the best purchases I have made in regards to tackle storage. With this box i was able to condense 3-3600 series boxes all in to this one box and still have room for tons of lures. I would say currently my box has anywhere from 40-50 hardbaits (crankbaits, topwater, jerkbaits). I do have the 4700 and I would recommend it to anyone who is wanting a box in which they can hold all of their hardbaits.

I bought one box last year, as a trial. It held about half of my Rapala lures. I liked it. This year I bought four more boxes and a bag to carry them. I now have a system that I can use. No more tangled lures.

Can u store atrifical lures in it? also will they meltAnswers
A:Â
ITS HOT HERE IN THE SUMMER- I'VE NEVER HAD ANYTHUNG TO MELTA:Â
I use them for my hard bait lures and find that the tinting protects their finishes and vibrant colors even while sitting on the casting deck in full sun all day. I don't store any rubber worms in it but I do store several Yum Dancin' Eel lures in the bottom section with no ill affects.A:Â
I use it to store zoom soft baits, and the don´t melt at all.A:Â
I really don't think so...so far all lures that I have stored in the tackle box are solid.A:Â
Of course you can, they were made for that purpose. I store about 100 lures in 4700 model.A:Â
The top is smoked colored so the sun does not effect the contents from what I can tell. I suppose if you left it in direct sunlight for a long period of time the plastics might get a little sticky.1 of 1
