The concept of a hands-free light on a headband was pure innovation in 1972, when Fernand Petzl invented the first headlamp. Freeing the hands and providing a beam of light always oriented in the direction the user looks, the headlamp was a revelation that has since become a standard for safety and efficiency. Petzl remains at the forefront of
the industry, offering headlamps that meet demands ranging from extreme recreational pursuits to everyday professional demands.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by DrewB123 Very good light
The lamp on this is AMAZING, My only wish was that I could have it light up to its full potential without having to put my finger over the top sensor portion. See the thing about this light is it has a self adjusting light that will not go to full power unless it is pitch black. If you want the full lumens you have to put tape or something over the sensor. Other than that I love this light.
