Rated 2 out of 5 by Not Like The Old Penns!!! Both My cousin and I bought the Penn GT2 reels , mine with line counter his without. We fish the Narragansett bay and the reefs off Newport for Fluke, togs, and stripers. After 1 season both reels are shot the drag is horrible sounds really rough. I'm gonna spend a bit more this year for a Shimano Tekota....Penn is not what they use to be unless you spend the big money! January 8, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good to have. Reel is great The only problem i have with it is the little window fogging under rain. So the number are hard to see. For the rest it's great. June 27, 2010
