Parker Thunderhawk Crossbow Package
Great Little Crossbow
This isn't my first crossbow, and I wont say it will be my last, but I was so impressed with this bow, I sold my Excalibur Vortex. Yup its that good. Its an awesome bow. Didn't care much for the scope, so I replaced it and I used lock tight on all the screws to keep them from loosening, but those point are minor compared to the accuracy this bow demonstrates. I thought my Vortex was accurate....Its got nothing on this bow. I didn't give up much on speed. My Vortex put out 330 FPS with a Flemish string, and this bow seems just as fast. One bonus is its a very compact bow. great for house clearing those pesky zombies.

they wont make it twenty yards
I bought this bow before bow season it is super light, very well balanced and it sighted in well. The string wore too quickly but BassPro fixed the issue post haste, the week before season.
Opening day I had two does walk by at fifteen yards, she went 20 yards and dropped. One week later same arrow and cheap fixed broadhead, a trophy six walks by at twenty yards, he ran 25 yards away and then right back and fell ten feet from where I shot.
I recommend the sound dampeners, the second doe didn't even spook.

Researched a lot of different crossbows but I decided on the Parker Tomahawk and I'm glad I did. Got it with the lighted multi reticle scope and what a nice feature. Put the crossbow on a bench stand and adjusted the scope for dead center shots at 20 yards. I then took shots at 30, 40, 50 and 60 yards and was never off more than 1" from where I was aiming. Using the Redhot wax and lube as suggested and so far..no signs of any wear. Added the Redhot roller rope cocker and Parker sling and this is one great package. And at 6.5 pounds....I couldn't ask for anything better...after all it is covered by Parker for life!

All you need.
I used a Barnett crossbow before purchasing this Thunderhawk. The Barnett I had gave me nothing but trouble. I sighted the Thunderhawk in and took it out within a week of purchasing it. The first day I used it I shot a doe at approximately 35 yards. The bolt went through and kept going another ten yards. The bow us dead on accurate and easy to use. Buy the red hot rope cocker with this bow and you will have no trouble pulling it back. I would recommend the Thunderhawk to anybody out there. For the price, durability, accuracy, power, and look it is the best choice for an avid hunter.
