I purchased my Parker Crossbow before I purchased any accessories like this suppressor. After shooting the crossbow without the suppressor and then shooting with the suppressor, I was amazed at the difference in the "shot" suppression and the huge reduction in sound. I would recommend going ahead and purchasing the suppressor at the same time. My Basspro store didn't stock this item, so if you know what crossbow your going to purchase, go ahead and either call to see if your store stocks it or order the suppressor ahead of time on line.

The cable stop not only made my crossbow quieter, it also made it faster! After I put it on my 20 yard crosshare was shooting bolts about 4 inches high! I now shoot 50 yards with great confidence.If you own a Tomahawk, buy one.
