I really like this bow! I got it as a Christmas present last year and I love it! It's got good accuracy and lots of potential to bring in the big 'ns! I shoot mostly for fun but sometimes to hunt.
I like that it's a three piece set too. It doesn't look as elegant as some other one piece recurves, but it shoots great. My only complain is that the string worn down over time but that's an easy fix! I would put something on the shelf to prevent it from scraping up, that's what I did.
And lastly I have to talk about the camo finish! It's just plain awesome! PSE put a lot of work into designing this good quality bow. I highly reccomend the Coyote Recurve Bow!

This is a great bow I have had had it for more than 2 years and it has been performing great there are some downfalls such as the bow is a bit heavy and kind of complex for a recurve at least however it is a great bow this is a lot of fun to shoot the best quality of this bow is its bow fishing possibilities it is an amazing bow for this function I have yet to see another bow out perform this bow in that sence but it is a great bow and well worth the money spent for it

I love this bow, great shooter for the money spent. It's a bit heavy for a recurve but still well worth it.

I am very happy with this bow, i had to modify it to my liking though, since the shelf is made to accept arrow rests so i added a few felt wafers to the shelf as well as under the string on limbs.
The only thing i would say i do not like about it is the limbs are a little loud. There is a "slap" when loosing an arrow. So i added some felt under the string on limbs but still making some sound.I could need softer felt also. Overall i will give it 5 stars, but i just hope it lives up to its hype when im in the field.

Can I use this bow for hunting and if so, what animal can i expect the bow to be able to take down?

Yes, you can use a Recurve Bow for hunting. You will want to check with your local laws for the correct draw weight for taking animals. You should be able to take down deer and other game animals. ThanksAnswers
