PSE shocked the archery world with the introduction of the extremely compact, lightweight, and very quick XS; and now they’ve made it even better! The improved Madness Pro Cam (the fastest single cam PSE has ever developed) offers draw adjustments in 1/2" steps without a module change with the Posi-Lock inner cam. The low-flex, machined-aluminum riser makes for an extremely lightweight and compact 29.25" axle-to-axle length, which is ideal for any hunting set-up, from ground blind to treestand to stalking the ridges. The smooth draw and solid wall gives you more confidence whether you’re releasing on a 3D target or a boar hog. This bow allows limb bolts to be backed out six turns from bottom for optimized draw weight ranges. Vibracheck backstop; patented preloaded split limbs; and B.E.S.T. Rated 5 out of 5 by PSE Bow Madness XS I was a little concerned buying a ready to shoot package vs buying at local bow shop and having it set up. Let me say that I am more than happy I bought this bow. It shoots like a dream and wish I had upgraded sooner. The bow is light and feels good right away. Adjusted the sight and tweeked the peep and string loop a little, that was all that was needed. I have been hunting with it since season started, no shot opportunity, yet. PSE makes a great product and Bass Pro made the purchase easy and professional. October 15, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by great for the price! Just getting started bow hunting so this is my first bow, shopped long and hard to find one that felt comfortable and was still reasonably priced. Have been practicing with this bow for about three months now, around 30 arrows a day and I am still quite happy with the feel of it. The only thing that I have changed out is the pin site, I wanted one with a level in it which this one did not have. Seems to be a little wear on one of the strings and I need to take it in and see if that is normal or not. Otherwise I am looking forward to a whitetail hunt next month and an elk hunt in November.
