P-Line C21 Copolymer Fishing Line
not the greatest, but it works
I saw this line while looking through the wall of products at the local BPS. New line, lets give it a try. It's not that bad, knot stregth is very good. But be warned, keep tention on it when you first spool it up. Like the poster below said, you let it loose and POOOFFF, you will have a mess. I put this on my bait caster 17#, when I cut the line from the spool and tied on a swim jig I noticed the line was unwound. I hooked the jig to my front door and walked it out until I had a tight line on the spool, about 40 yards. When I saw that I wasn't to impressed with it. I would recomend hitting it with some of the KVD line conditioner. After spraying on the KVD juice I let it sit over night. The stuff cast's like a dream, no memory from the spool at all, no coiling up on the reel at all. I have another new reel on the way, and I will be putting this on it. I have actually sprayed the spool of line with the juice, so I might not have the issue mentioned above. And no I don't have any ties with PLiNE.

Great Line at A Great Price
I've tried many different lines, types and brands. Fluorocarbon has been my preferred line given low vis and no stretch but I never liked working with the line because of its stiffness. A friend gave me a spool of the C21 P-Line which I put on a baitcasting reel and a spinning reel. I like this line better than any other line I've tried and the low price is just a bonus! It's stiff enough to offer great sensitivity (altho not quite as sensitive as fluorocarbon) but handles much easier than fluorocarbon...I've converted all my crankbait and soft plastic reels to C21 with the exception of still using braid for topwater frogs and spooks around the tulies.

After having an issue with Trilene line, i decided to try another line. I looked over a number of lines and decided to spool up my bait caster with the Pline 10 lb line. I went out today and cast this line numerous times including into 10-15 mph winds. No problems at all. To be fair I also had used KVD line conditioner on the line before using. Performed really well for a low cost alternative. Would by again for sure,
