P-Line Fluorocarbon Fishing Line is constructed of 100% pure fluorocarbon crystals, ensuring unbeatable knot and breaking strength. This premium P-Line Fluorocarbon Line has a refractive index similar to water, making it virtually invisible in water. Plus, the line has low stretch and little memory, allowing increased sensitivity to detect the light bitters. UV resistant.

I have used 100% Flouro, flouroclear, and the the CX Premium in a number of tests. I buy P-line because of the price point (100% Flouro is 6.4 cents per yard versus competitors at 8 cents or more per yard). I don't fish tournaments but I own a bass boat, fish at least 3 times a week, and usually have 6 rods on my deck all spooled with either braid or fluorocarbon only. I will start by saying I will not ever buy coated line again. You should not either. Every manufacturer and every brand twists like crazy, peels or breaks almost immediately. You will spend twice as much re-spooling this junk as you would on the real deal (also I guarantee you will not catch any pro using coated lines) As for the 100% Flouro, It is pretty good in the 6# test, alright in the 8 pound test, and just okay in the 12 pound test. The 17 and 20 are too stiff. Much stiffer than XPS, TRILINE 100%, and sten. I have not tried invizX by seagar or Cajun (in similar price range) so I wont compare to them. The line twist from P-line flouro just in general seems to be worse than other brands. On a positive note the line is very abrasion resistant, good knot strength and is very clear under water. I have limited my use of this line to 6 pound test on spinning setups and 8 pound tests for braid main leaders. All other applications for Flouro require better designed flouro and bigger bucks.

This line casts well and in my opinion seems to be the strongest Flurocarbon I have found that does so. It's the first time I have ever used 8lb test with total confidence.
I use this line on spinning reels in 8lb, 10lb, and 12lb tests. 8lb for drop shoting, 10lb for Rapala Shad Raps and 12lb for Zoom Super Flukes.
Yes it's not cheap but considering it's performance it's well worth the money !!

Rated 2 out of 5 by XLNC A Little Good - A Lot Junk
I'm giving this product 2 starts all due to the 20lb I'm using as a leader on my baitcaster with a braid mainline. I have had relatively 0 problems with the leader and caught smallies like crazy over the last 2 weeks and also the fact that this line is practically invisible in the water as claimed.
However, I spooled at least 100 yards of the 8lb on my spinner and I have used it 3 times and I'd wager I'd be lucky to have 30 yards left. Cast - watch extra line spool off. Cast - watch extra line spool off.... etc. I'm just sick of this pulling extra off and rewinding every other cast until it finally does come off as a bird's nest and I'm forced to start hacking it away which, in my opinion has happened too much already. I tie my lures directly using a San Diego Jam knot and yesterday the line broke TWICE just cinching knot down (both about 4 inches up from the knot!!!!!!). I won't lie, right about now I'm willing to try ANYTHING else.
