P-Line CXX X-tra Strong Monofilament - 260-300 Yards
Been reading some of the reviews on this line and cant believe what im seeing. Have been using this line for 2 years now and I love it. So much so that I switched all my reels to it. Granted, im not trying to say i have tried every line on the market because I havent and dont intend too. Just saying I have used alot of brands over the years and this one stands out. I have never had a problem with this line at all. No backlash, lack of strength, nothing. Just time after time impressing me. I think alot of times reviews are written on these products too soon or by people that is not willing to see if they are the problem instead of the product. Bottom line. Great product and would recommend it to anyone. Hasnt failed me yet and I dont think it ever will. Say what you want but I'll stick with P-Line.

It doesn't fray when dragging a jig!
I have read other reviews of people crying with memory, and it being thick. Spool it up a day or two before going fishing, not an hour before, and pour some water on the spool. The memory will be gone. I have never had a problem with memory on my reel, but I'm a baitcaster man. This line is the best. I tried excel, and it will fray and break after 10 minutes of dragging a jig. This stuff is so abrasion resistant, that I only have to retie a few times a day. I never have memory problems. Not to say the others are liars, but this is THE best monofilament line out there.

Over the summer one of my friends recomended this line to me and said it was really great. So the next day I went to my local bps and bout a spool of 10lb line. When i got home I spooled one of my reels up with it . When I was doing this i wasnt really paying much attention to the line but when i got out on the lake that line was deffinately not 10lb. It seemed to have the diameter and feel of a 40lb line. I guess I got a spool with the wrong label on it or something but I'm taking it right back to get some Yo-Zuri hybrid line<way better.

P-Line = Poor Line
My dad and I were taking a fishing trip up to the mountains, where we had a cabin on a private lake. As you can probably guess the fish there were monsters. The smallest fish we caught was 2 lbs. But... even those 2 pounders easily snapped this line. It just couldn't handle the stress, also it got easily tangled on our spools. It repeatedly got tangled on my spinning reel and my dad's baitcaster. We spent too much time re-lining our reels instead of fishing. Just save yourself the time and money, and buy some quality line.
