The only hooks I purchase is owner and these jigs meet the owner quallity I am use to. owner hooks are really the best hooks I have ever used.

I had never fished a shaky head until this last summer and I am so glad that I got turned on to this presentation. I flip under dock, throw on points and pull it across the grass; all of which have caught me fish. These owner hooks are extremely sharp and will last for hookset after hookset. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because they dont have the twist spring which is the one i use. If you find those, I would definitly buy them because they are worth the money.

I purchased the 3/16 oz and 1/4...the 3/16 oz is a 2/0 hook and the 1/4 is one size bigger.

What I like about the owner heads compared to the other brands is that they use bigger hooks with pretty much all the different weights. I usually fish a 1/8, 3/16, or 1/4 depending on the conditions and I think that all of them come with 4/0 hooks. I think you can also get the 1/8oz in 3/0 as well but I think the 4/0 works the best.1 of 1
