Owner®'s very versatile UltraHead™ Jigs with Round Head are molded around an Owner Super Needle Point Hook with a black matte finish (5318) to create a light wire jighead. These well-balanced Owner UltraHead Jigs are ideal for a wide variety of soft plastic baits.

Epitome of a great jig I fish for walleye in lakes with big pike. The walleye aren't small either. You can use the owner ballhead in the 1/16 oz or 1/8 oz and the hook is strong enough to handle the big (5-15 lb walleye, up to 30+lb pike) fish. I get to tinker and paint them myself as well due to the plain finish. Absolutely my favorite ballhead, non short shank, jig. Hands down. December 16, 2013
Best Tube Hooks Ever Perfect tube hook for spawning and Shallow water bass! July 6, 2012
owner products, great as usual The only hooks I purchase is owner and these jigs meet the owner quallity I am use to. owner hooks are really the best hooks I have ever used. April 11, 2011
Sharp Hooks, Twist On is Better I had never fished a shaky head until this last summer and I am so glad that I got turned on to this presentation. I flip under dock, throw on points and pull it across the grass; all of which have caught me fish. These owner hooks are extremely sharp and will last for hookset after hookset. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because they dont have the twist spring which is the one i use. If you find those, I would definitly buy them because they are worth the money. What I like about the owner heads compared to the other brands is that they use bigger hooks with pretty much all the different weights. I usually fish a 1/8, 3/16, or 1/4 depending on the conditions and I think that all of them come with 4/0 hooks. I think you can also get the 1/8oz in 3/0 as well but I think the 4/0 works the best.
