The parts with this kit are cheaply made. Upon my first use while cleaning my AR, the slot tip broke off. Oh well, those can easily be replaced. Next, I was cleaning a Rem 700 when the rod snapped at the 1 joint. Oh well, used a rod from an old kit. Next, another slot tip broke off in the barrel. After this, I decided that the kit was going back.
