Rated 5 out of 5 by LECart LOVE this knife!
I received this knife for Christmas this year and couldn't wait to use it. Before using it, I did notice that being a smaller woman with small hands, it's a little more difficult for me to push the button and swing the blade out, but after messing with it for a bit I've gotten the hang of it. I finally got to use it tonight and oh man...this thing is the sharpest knife I've ever had! I didn't gut the deer, I just skinned and quartered it, but the zipper blade when put in between the body and skin just went with ease! I barely had to put any pressure to do it! The main blade is a great size and sharp enough to help peel the skin away with ease. However.....after getting dirty and bloody, the blades aren't as easy to "swing". But no hair or meat or blood got stuck in between it since there was always a blade there, so the cleaning was a breeze! All in all, I am so happy with this knife, and my husband is super jealous I got it, haha. A must buy!
