Rated 5 out of 5Â by Rob_F Great Knife!
I noticed this knife in the store a few years ago and since I was doing a lot of trotline fishing I decided to try one out. I figured at the price even if I didn't like it there would be no big loss. After several catfish I was pleased at how well it held its edge. When it did need a touchup it would go back to shaving sharp in just a few strokes on the stone. I have also used it while cleaning several deer. The thin flexible blade is just the thing for getting the meat away from the bone.
