I just finished using this knife set processing a good size doe that has been hanging for over 24 hours in Iowa December temps and it cut her up like buddah.
the only thing im not crazy about is that its hard to clean and sanitize the case that the knives fit in that straps to your hip. it was covered in hair and fat and im not sure how well i got it cleaned.
