I'm impressed with this DVD, it was produced with the backyard gourmet in mind! I have numerous books on sausage making, but sometimes you just need to see it done. Some great tips!

This is a great instructional dvd! I have been making summer sausage and bologna for years but have been nervous about branching out to try other types of sausage. This dvd shows how simple it is to make your own sausage. Since watching it I have already made snack sticks with great results and I am excited about branching out and trying other sausages now. I think I am going to try Italian sausage and breakfast sausage next.
