Overall a good design, small enough to not be a pain and effective enough to stop you from blowing away in a moderate breeze. A chain might help its effectiveness to bite on the bottom.
I will buy another for those certain situations.

This works great, and holds you in place (even in Kansas winds on the lake). Every tuber should have one. Make sure that when you first buy it that you re-tie the knot inside the sack that connects to the anchor. Other than that it is great.
