The biggest difference is in the inflatable seat and back for reduced bulk when packing the tube for transport. The rigit seat and pack insertes take as much room as the bag itself. Go for the smaller storage option in the deluxe package.

The only difference, i know of, is that the two seats are different. The deluxe one has a better seat in it then the regular one.1 of 1
