Purchased 2 of the A-S-602M Spinning Andros Rods. Have the Okuma Raw II 55's on them. The rod is slender, light and has a powerful spine. It feels and performs like a one piece custom rod. Ergonomics..........superb !!!
Spooled the reels with 50lb Power Pro braided line. The reels are suppose to have 35 lbs of drag. Have to back the drag back 1.5 turns from full drag to keep from snapping the braided line.
This combo fishes like a $800.00 rigs. The Okuma Andros Rods are an UNBELIEVABLE VALUE !!!

very light, very strong, and very well built. on top of all that this rod looks cool. wore out the grouper and red snapper fishing out of port canaveral fla.
