I have used these leaders for several years to catch some big ambejack, grouper, and golden tile fish. Since I have super braids on all my bottom gear these wind on leaders allow me to fish with a long mono leader and avoid the bulky knot usually needed to attach the heavy mono leader to the braid. A bimini loop in my braid mainline attaches to the premade loop in these leaders.

I have to say this leader was a big disappointment. I ordered the 50 pound mono version and I'm lucky I checked it before fishing with it. There were several spots where the NEW leader has scuff and/or abrasion marks on it! The quality control was obviously missing in the case of this leader, but I will throw it in the trash and not risk losing a big fish to a NEW leader with abrasions on it right out of the package! the problem with inexpensive items from a web purchase is that it is not worth the time and hassle to return them, so they go in the garbage.....and I'm out $8 . Wish I would have chosen another brand!

Best mono wind-on leader ever made for the cheapest price around. This leader is flexible, just the right length and has great knot strength. Use it for a top shot on your reel that has braided line. Use a bimini twist for a loop-to-loop connection, its that easy.

Used them for the first time during our last tourament. Units worked well on Dorado, Wahoo,Tuna and Marlin!
Won first place in the White Marlin division!
Use them on my 50 & 80 Shimano and on our 130 Penn's!
Easy to use and they catch fish! Enough said!

Tie a bimini loop onto the end of your main line, then just pass the loop made in the leader thru your bimini loop and tighten up. Can be used anywhere you don't want a large knot passing thu the guides on your rod. specially jigging.1 of 1
