Offshore Angler™ Twitch Bait Lures
Opportunistic trout, snook, and especially bull reds tend to throw caution to the wind when presented with a dying or disoriented baitfish. It’s the easiest meal in saltwater, and our Twitch Bait plays the part to a tee. Toss it to likely cover, let it rest, then start a slow retrieve punctuated by frequent twitches and pauses of varying duration. The flash, vibration, and erratic behavior combine to provoke vicious strikes! Equally effective in clear or cloudy water, and on an incoming or outgoing tide. Slow sink.

I bought 2 of these to try. Great finish, weight, etc and the Seatrout loved it. Got slammed on the 2nd cast with it! However, after 1 day of fishing I found that one of the eyes had fallen off. To BPS credit, I reported this to them and they ordered a new one to be shipped to me in about 2 hours. I loved the lure, but have only fished with it once. Have to see next trip if the glue on the eyes is a problem. I would still give it high marks for performance! The lure worked well enough that I would probably buy it even if the eyes are a problem.

Suspends very well with no terminal tackle, just line or leader to the bait. I bought it for that purpose and it performed exactly as I had hoped.Top 1000 Contributor

Not at all. It's pretty heavy. Rell fast and it does as side to side "walk the dog" nice action. Should work well with active fish1 of 1
