This lure catches everything inshore. It is so simple to use, you can straight retrieve or bounce it off the bottom. Either way, you'll catch fish. I added some Gulp Shrimp scent to it and it definitely helped. I caught tons of fish before the scent too. Caught my personal best snook on this bad boy this march (14 pounds). Definitely my favorite lure!

in s. fl it is known to be a great jig for snook, and it is super good around big bridges at night, but i found that nothing will out preform this jig (2oz. chartruse) for grouper! out fished live/cut bait 10-1 we lost about 10 that day to king fish and sharks hitting them. all in 30' of water 5 miles out. they hold up pretty good too for the abuse they take. the hooks tend to bend when you try to un hook a shark though. but for the price you can afford to have 30 of them on the boat.
