Incredible product. Well made. Shucked 360 oysters last weekend in Denver, Colorado and the knife never wobbled. We purchased six because we thought they might bust after a few uses, but this oyster knife is outstanding-it never even flexed. Durable, too. Always shuck oysters with cut resistant gloves as the knife is capable of serious damage. Extremely happy with this purchase.

I have been shucking around 20 bushels of oysters (raw and steamed) per year for the past 20 years. This knife is my favorite because it allows me to really use a lot of force to open those tricky ones.The handles of some knives will flex but not this knife. I also like the diameter of the handle for better control. Eat oysters........ Love longer
