I got a pack of the 1/0 hook a few months ago when fishing for some scup. the hook broke while I was fighting the fish, these fish where between 2 - 4 lb, if it broke while fight these little fish that tell you how well these were made.

these hooks are as strong and sharp as the more expensive, name brand ones. the eye is also big enough to thread double line through. took a chance and got great hooks

I bought a 25 pack of these hooks, trying to save a little. Big mistake. I had to sharpen about half of them right out of the package. Some were as dull as a pencil that had been used for a while. Should have bought Gamakatsu!
