Our range of models covers everything from inshore to offshore (the OM80 holds enough superbraid to tackle billfish and tuna...if you've got the grit). The compact aluminum chassis contains an oversized drive gear for maximum torque, no matter how tough you adversary. Complete with sealed double-shielded 8 bearing system, sealed 10 washer drag stack for fast heat dissipation, non-flexing aluminum rotor. Includes free spare spool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT SALTWATER SPINNING REEL I was reluctant to purchase this due to the low price, but this Offshore Angler™ Ocean Master® Saltwater Spinning Reel is both tough and smooth. I use it for surf fishing here on the Gulf Coast,, and it has not let me down. thank you Bass Pro Shop. Dave July 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Reel I love this reel. i have the OM80 model and im using 30lbs. suffix braid on it and it is awesome. every hookup i get no matter how big the fish the reel drags it in with ease. it is very smooth with and amzingy smooth drag. i love using this rod and actually plan on replacing the reels on my other rods with this one. Rated 1 out of 5 Disappointed I bought the OM60 model roughly a year ago for catching Stripers, Bluefish, and small tuna here off the coast of New England. After using it maybe a half dozen times the "Always on" PowerLock™ instant anti-reverse" mysteriously stopped working despite the meticulous care with which I handle and clean all my gear. I've never bought another reel in this price range that quit working so fast. I plan to send it back in hopes that Bass Pro's stellar Customer Service department lives up to their well-earned reputation. August 9, 2009
Rated 2 out of 5 by Product Does Not Meet Expectations I purchased the OM60 reel last year. I have used this surfishing on the Outer Banks on three trips. This reel is not smooth as expected under a load. Part of this is due to a deformed oval shaped spool skirt that rubs against the reel body. I am not happy to not have a reversing spool operation for surf casting. November 13, 2008
