Made from revolutionary Spectra fibers, producing a braided line that's waterproof, 100% UV-resistant, 40% smaller diameter than monofilament, has superior abrasion resistance and a low stretch of 3%, Magibraid Spectra is more expensive, but you can catch more, bigger fish, and it lasts 4 times longer than mono. We think it's worth it.

Great Line! I agree with the strongest and small diameter. It also holds up to the sun and elements and is therefore long lived. However, I agree, BRING BACK THE WHITE or better yet, fluorescent green or yellow in the small diameters. I use the 20#. December 26, 2008
The best, but... Magibraid is the thinnest, strongest line there is. I only wish they would bring back the white! PLEASE BRING BACK THE WHITE! I also wish they would make the big spools of 12# and 20# test, as that is what I use the most. December 16, 2007
perffectline on 50lbs test i managed to land a 129 pound sailfish with over 10 grander blu marlin with 600 pound leader( no brand) i also caught a 2700 pound tiger shark estimated at that weight and many 3000 great white sharks of the coast off south affrica November 22, 2007
Excellent braid I have been using this line in 50 lbs. for approx. 10 years. I sometimes fish in deep water - down to about 1000 ft. - and appreciate the low stretch, which I have only found lower in stainless steel line. It has better abrasion resistance than several other braided lines, I have tried. The strength/diameter ratio is pretty much similar to other braids, I have used. The line is soft and easy handling, and knot-tying is easy. November 14, 2007

I don't know the exact break strength but I fish off the east coast piers for King and hooked a good 300# shark and we finally had to cut the line because it wouldn't break. I was using 80# line.
