I bought this kit and after reading the reviews ,I put a little epoxy on the wraps.Took me about 30 seconds on each jig.Saying that,I have worn the fish out with these jigs.They work as good as they look for me,and for the price,I will buy more when I use or lose this batch.In my opinion,Bass Pro has scored again.

I love to fish jigs, but not these. Just don't perform as good as they look.

I just took these jigs out for the first time, and they were a big hit with the dolphin. The problem is, every single jig lost its "hair" on the first fish. After the fourth jig was stripped bare, I stuck a curly tail grub on it and continued catching fish. This also presented a problem since the jigheads don't have a barb to hold the soft plastics in place so after a couple fish the grub would bunch up on the hook.
I'm going to use up the rest of these this weekend, and then I'm going to spend a little more money on some more durable bucktails.
