Hook wont bend! every once and a while an eye will come off. I superglue the them in place before I use them and I super glue the soft body jig between the head and the body so it doesn't get pulled off when a fish just hits the tail of the plasic body.

If you are looking for jigheads that will not bend under the pressure of a big fish and heavy current, this is the jighead. I have used others for large striper only to have the fish straighten the hook. The hooks are very stout and are sharp out of the pack. I will not use anything but these heads. The 1/4 ounce are perfect for 4 ounce flukes, but the 3/8 ounce do fine as well. Dont waste your time with other heads unless you enjoy losing fish.

These are a very durable jig head. The hooks are plenty strong and will not straighten. The hollow heads will distort if you have to use pliers to remove from fish. This is all I use, in different weights and colors.

These jig heads have quality hooks that are sharp and stout enough to stick and hold powerful inshore species. I have had inferior jig head's hooks snap in two on some big reds, these won't. I use them for fishing plastics for reds, trout and flounder.
