Used these offshore Dolphin fishing. They worked great and I had no issues with the swivels. The black finish came off very quickly letting the silver metal shine through, but didn't seem to affect the fishing.

These swivels are very strong and of the best quality. I use them in saltwater for large salmon (hopefully) and find these to be a great performer. The price being great is simply a bonus as I would hate to loose a big fish due to a poor quality swivel.

I've used the #2 size, and these are very good quality. Durable brass, good finish, reliable, and smooth turning. You just can't ask more of a snap swivel.
