Broke the cutters on a hook trying to remove from forearm. Ordered replacement part $10 or so with shipping (replaceable cutter blades.) The blades came with an allen wrench; stripped the nuts trying to remove. Worthless except for basic pliers. Not satisfied and will not replace with new pliers. Don't waste your money.

Light, but not too light. Good size for bigger hands. Could be a 75$ value.

Finally, I have found a pair of fishing pliars that can handle both fresh and saltwater tasks. The pliars, as well as the sheath are top qaulity. The side cutter can handle any type and size of line I use and, given that the blades are replacable, I wouldn't hesitate to use them to cut an embedded hook or other metal item in an emergency. BPS has hit it out of the park with this one!

I recently bought these pliers to replace my set of Browning pliers I have had for years. I was hesitant to buy these because I was very pleased with the Brownings. Once I got the new pliers I was immediately impressed with the quality and feel of the new set. I can't wait to get these on the boat with me and give them the toughest trial they have ever had, but I expect exceptional results.
