Offshore Angler Aluminum Folding Chair
offshore angler chair
Chair is a great value for the price. After one year of constant exposure to elements and heavy usage the seat bottoms did break. We put some plywood under them and they have been good for another year. Today, after two years of usage, the back of one chair has broken. Occassionally, the arms will fall off and we have to re-screw them. We have a charter boat and these seats have stood up to alot of abuse from heavy passengers with offshore usage. We are just now looking to replace the chairs after two years and are going to probably buy same chairs again. The vinyl and emblem still looks good on our old chairs especially considering the weather exposure and usage.

Cheap plywood seat failed and caused some discomfort for a patron of mine.

This good looking chair is a terrible product. The seat base has no reinforcement in the rear and after only a few uses begins to fail. The seat is built around a low grade plywood that gets wet even when just washed. I bought two and they both failed in less than a year even know they were kept inside. Stay away.
