I bought four of these things and have two issues with them. The first is that the loop that you connect to is half full with lead. This makes it difficult to connect to your line when using some types of snap swivels. The second, more important problem is that the snap swivel that it comes with is too cheap and chintzy. I lost a nice striper when it broke while trolling a 50 lb rig. That will put a damper on your trip. I cut them all off and replaced them with a split ring and good quality snap swivel.
