Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome i bought this stabilizer hoping it would work better than the limbsaver. IT WORKS GREAT. my bow is easily more quiet than before and i am able to get my groups right next to each other with no problems. i am just afraid now that i am not going to clip a fletching. i have done that many times already. Overall yes get it its an amazing product. December 29, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Bought this as a replacement for my Hoyt ZR200. You need to buy this. Vibration was clearly reduced. It really improved my groups from all ranges. Finally my bow is balanced for real. I was very skeptical that a new stabilizer would make this much difference bit it sure did. September 27, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent purchase Octane stablizer was one of my best purchase for the money. Everything I heard about it was all true and more, it improved my groups and shot placement. If u dont have one u need to get one! September 14, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stabilizer! I just purchased the Octane 7.5" stabilizer a few days ago and I can already see a difference in sound and stability over my x-coil.This stabilizer keeps all shots on target without flaw and definately took a bit more sound out of my bow. Adds a nice bit of flare over traditional stabilizers. Also has the ability to add forward weights if needed. Great product . Highly recommended! September 11, 2011

A:
So you can further add more stabilization attachments onto the end of your current stabilizer, there are balancers and other things you can put on a stabilizer, but those are primarily long shot competition attachments, none of them are worthwhile for casual shooting or hunting.

You can add weights or another stabilizer to the end of the octane stabilizer. The 11.5" model comes with the weights.
