A flat base bullet with a metallic-colored polymer tip, this leadless bullet features Nosler's exclusive Fragmenting Copper Core Technology™ (patent pending) which exhibits immediate and rapid expansion at practical varmint shooting velocities of 1,800 fps and above. This makes the bullet highly frangible and extremely volatile.
While it delivers the same performance and quality that Ballistic Tip has made famous for over a quarter of a century, shooters can safely use the Nosler Ballistic Tip Lead-Free Bullet within lead-free zones or at shooting ranges requiring non-magnetic bullets.
