Walleyes Up the Creek
The stained or turbid tributaries of your favorite clearwater lake or river can be a great place for summer 'eyes. Most other anglers will be out on the big water; you'll have the skinny, more productive water all to yourself. Many fish will move downstream after the spring spawn, but as long as forage is available, there'll be plenty of walleye that stick around into the summer!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Gringindio Good assortment for the price
I liked the hollographic blades and choice of sizes and colors. There are more than enough beads to last a lifetime in the pack. The hooks seem to be nice quality as well. Some of the palstic "bodies" that were included were smashed and unusable when they arrived. The package also claims to have a length of 14lb test line to use as leaders but it was nowhere to be found. The package had no instructions or suggestions on how to tie any setups which would have been nice but it wasnt too hard to find some examples on line. Overall I am happy with the amount received for the price paid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RodandReelClub Walleye rig tying clinic
We had a Walleye Rig tying clinic at the Rod and Reel club in Mountain Home Ar and ordered 30 of these kits.
They are very complete to give you a good start on tying your own Walleye Rigs. Tthe only extras that we ordered were Slow Death hooks so we couldf tie a varitey of rigs. A great product to learn with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by fishguide Great kit for just about all types of fishing
The possibilities with this kit are limitless for making your own lures and modifying other lures and rigs.
In case someone is not familiar with walleye fishing and does not already know about this setup. The purpose of this kit is to place the enclosed beads, spinners and floats onto fishing line or leader making your own lures. This type of setup is to help attract the fish to the live bait that you hang on the hook(s) on the end of the lure. It works well for catching walleye when you bounce it along the bottom using something like a Lindy "No-Snagg Slip Sinker".
What I also do is to assemble the lure on heavy steel leader wire with a dressed treble hook on the end. This is easy to do with an "E-Z Twist" tool for leader wire. This lure works well for bass fishing. Only other difference is that I use brass beads instead of the floats in the lure kit so the the lure will sink when cast and retrieved for bass fishing.
Making a longer lure that is about 7 or 8 inches long with multiple spinner blades and it becomes an excellent Northern Pike and other large fish lure.

It is intended to be assembled with monofilament fishing line. On the live bait Walleye rigs like this that Northland sells that are already made up. They use 14# test clear Berkley Trilene XT monofilament.I use this with the "Malin metal leader" to make spinner, buzz baits and anything else that I can think of or copy. I use the heavier 130# to 180# test Malin leader when assembling the spinner lures.
A Northland image of what this might look like made up as a one and two hook rig is attached. One is with beads only and the other is with a float to be used with a bottom bouncer. This is intended to use behind about 30" - 36" of leader that is attached to a swivel and connected to "bottom bouncer" sinker that is pulled along the bottom while trolling since walleye are usually bottom feeders. A couple of bottom bouncer sinker images is also attached.

I just use a heavy 14 guage mono for the rig. Put a bead or hook in front or behind to keep it in place. You can let them slide some too. I like to add a small spinner blade near the front. There are also silver spacers you can buy to put between.Answers

I assume that you are asking how many items in the package. I did not count the individual parts when I opened the package. It is probably as illustrated and described on the online catalog. That states there are 240 pieces in the kit.1 of 1
