I use equipment all the time. I keep a supply of these on hand because I use it. These skirts are very good to change up on different lures.

"I had some spinner baits that had not been used in years because the rubber skirts had melted from being in a storage shed for a long time, these fit right on the baits and saved me the expense of buying the whole lure. These skirts will also make the lures more attractive to the fish, hopefully."

I had some spinners and buzz baits that the skirts were dried out or wore out. I was very pleased to find so many colors and styles of skirts.

Short answer, yes. Since the collar is a part of the skirt, it can be put on and taken off easily.
