Easy to use You don't have to worry about magnets, or pushing in the nock prior to shooting like some other brands. Just put it on and go. Easy to shut off and bright to locate the arrow after the shot. November 23, 2014
Exceptional Love the product! Especially when practicing. It is nice to not have to re set the nock for every shot! They are bright and deliver as well or better quality without the hassle I experienced with competitors products! October 16, 2014
Red is better than green These Nocturnal lighted nocks are a good fit for my Gold Tip arrows. They work great...I have practiced with them on a cloudy day about 30 to 40 minutes before dusk . In my opinion, the red is better than the green. 5 stars for Red, 4 stars for Green. August 11, 2014
great product First set of nockturnals, I have only used them in practice so far work great, very bright but a little tricky to turn off at first after a few tries it gets easier would highly recommend. July 29, 2014

How do you turn them off?

A:
on the bottom of the nock where it goes into the arrow there is a little hole. You take a point of something (knife) and you stick it in that little hole and then push up towards the top of the nock and it will shut it off. I know it sounds confusing but once you see what I am talking about it is extremely simply. It is a lot better then having to mess with the whole nock to get it to go off like the Lumenock

Not very easily... you need to stick a knife in them and try to push up on a switch within the nock itself. 2 out of the three of mine wouldn't turn off completely at all. They went dead in 5 days.

There is a hole at the colored ring in the nock, Just insert your knife tip and push upwards to turn the light off. Then it is ready for the next shot.

there is a little hole in the nock down by the arrow and you need a little screwdriver or a pockek knife with a ponted tip to turn them off

A:
very small switch at the base of the nock just before the arrow. it can be tricky to get used to and even trickier to find. I marked mine with black marker so I can find it in low light. a small screw driver or a finishing nail works good.

small slot on one side, I use a very small thin blade screwdriver to shut them off, not tough once you get it figured out.

I have never used these on video, I am hoping to get into videoing this year. but from what I have seen on tv watching the outdoor channel and from shooting the nockturnals you can really see them. If you do end up buying some nockturnals I would recommend the red ones...they seem to be the brightest

the advertised life is 20 to 30 hours, i purchased one early in the spring and shot it all summer long, although it did fade i expected that and had 3 more saved for archery season even though my practice had is still bright enough to use if the sun isnt real bright. they are really worth the money with no hassle.

Not sure on the grams, but do know they are 25-50% lighter than other lighted nocks. I do not believe they have replacement batteries.
